RTS Fitness and Wellness Coaching was inspired by my passion to create the best possible life for myself and others and the strong desire to help our community to come out of their sedentary ways and old habits to become healthier, happier and truly confident.

My mission and purpose is to add value to the world by leaving a positive impact, to be an inspiration and a motivator to others. I believe it’s never too late to transform yourself into the person you know you can be, regardless of your fitness level or goals, I can help you become the best version of yourself through my MIND ~ BODY ~ SPIRIT approach.

A program designed to guide you through simple daily habits to revitalized your body, empowered your mind and achieved an entire new level of wellbeing.

-Ask yourself if what you are doing today, will get you closer to where you want to be tomorrow.

-Do you know who and where you want to be tomorrow? Make clear realistic goals, clarity is the DNA for success.

-Are you satisfied with the way you look and feel? Do not settle for the status quo.

-Do you find yourself procrastinating, making excuses and talking yourself out of doing the things that you know, will improve your physical and emotional health?

-Are you tired of going to the "Big box gyms" where your wellbeing is just another file number?

-Have you ever trained with a fitness professional that is absolutely uninterested in giving you results, your progress, your health and fitness goals?

-When you are at the gym, do you feel uninspired, unmotivated and kind of walking in circles, because you feel like such a novice, so you play it safe by sticking to the treadmill and elliptical machines? Get out of your comfort zone, take action!

-Is money an issue? ...Have you ever spend between $500 to $3000 dollars at month eating and/or drinking out? Your physical and emotional health and wellbeing are an investment, not an expense.

-Is time and schedule and issue? ...How many hours of television or social media do waste on a daily or weekly basis?

Well, you have the power to choose!

One of the biggest beauties about life, is that we all have the power to choose. To choose how we are going to live, what kind of life and relationships we want to create, where our money and time will be invested, the habits we want to build, the foods we will consume that will either nourish or sicken our bodies and to challenge ourselves physically to be fit, strong and healthy or to maintain the same old (seemingly "easier") sedentary lifestyle feeling sicker, gaining body fat and medicating needlessly to just masked the symptoms of an ailment that can be easily corrected with a proper exercise and nutritional program.

The simple fact is that we just need to put better fuel in our bodies, acquire healthier new habits and get our bodies moving!

Just like you choose the house you want to live in, the series on Netflix you will binge on this weekend or the clothes you will wear today...

Some of the daily habits you will acquire...

  • Meditate first thing in the morning

  • Journal, write down 5 positive aspects of every subject in your life. (Yourself - relationships - career )

  • Nourish your body with foods that will enhance its natural ability to heal and maintain its vibrancy and health.

  • Move, challenge and strengthen your body with a proper fitness program.

  • Educate and inspire yourself in a regular basis, by reading, listening or watching quality materials.

  • Every day spend at least 30 minutes outdoors.

  • Rest and recover properly.
